Who can take part

  • Age between 2 and 18 years old.
  • Diagnosis of primary IgA nephropathy confirmed by kidney biopsy in the last 3 years.
  • Urine protein level (UPCR) of 1.0 g/g or higher from at least 3 morning urine samples.
  • Kidney function (eGFR) of 30 mL/min/1.73 m² or higher.
  • Must be on a stable, maximum dose of ACE inhibitor or ARB medication for at least 3 months.
  • Must have received meningococcal, Hib, and pneumococcal vaccines.
