Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with IgA nephropathy through a kidney biopsy within the last 4 years.
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have at least 0.5 grams of protein in your urine over 24 hours.
- Your kidney function (eGFR) is 30 or higher, meaning your kidneys are working moderately well.
- You have not had a heart attack, stroke, or serious heart problems in the last 12 weeks.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to have children during the study.
