Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You weigh more than 40 kilograms (about 88 pounds).
  • You have a hard-to-treat autoimmune disease that hasn't gotten better after at least 6 months of standard treatments like steroids, methotrexate, or rituximab.
  • You have an active form of lupus, Sjögren's syndrome, systemic sclerosis, inflammatory myositis, or ANCA vasculitis that meets specific disease activity scores.
  • You are willing to use birth control during the study and for 6 months after, if you or your partner could become pregnant.
  • You have not had CAR-T cell therapy before.
