Who can take part
- You are between 2 and 65 years old.
- You have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has returned or not responded to at least two prior treatments or a stem cell transplant.
- Your leukemia cells have a protein called CD38 or CLL-1 on them.
- You are in fairly good health, able to do daily activities with some help (ECOG score 0-3).
- Your blood counts and organ function are adequate, and you can undergo apheresis (a process to collect cells).
