Who can take part

  • You have lupus, lupus kidney disease, scleroderma, or inflammatory muscle disease that is active despite trying usual treatments.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • For lupus: You have moderate to severe disease based on specific scoring, and you have not responded to or can't take at least two standard drugs.
  • You have not had a stem cell or organ transplant, or previous treatment with cell or gene therapy.
  • You do not have active infections, hepatitis B or C, HIV, or untreated tuberculosis.
