Who can take part
- 18 years or older
- You have type 1 or type 2 diabetes and a foot ulcer
- Your ulcer is Wagner grade 1, 2, or 3 (specific wound depth without infection or exposed bone)
- Ulcer size between 0.5 and 25 square centimeters
- Good blood flow to the foot, confirmed by certain tests
- Will use a special boot or cast to keep pressure off the ulcer
