Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have had at least 6 months of medical records before starting the study.
- You have a heart function test (LVEF) showing your heart pumps more than 40% (which is a sign of heart failure with preserved or mid-range ejection fraction).
- You have high levels of a heart stress marker (NT-proBNP > 125 pg/mL or BNP ≥ 35 pg/mL).
- You have been diagnosed with heart failure with preserved or mid-range ejection fraction, or chronic heart failure.
- You are about to start or have recently started taking Jardiance for the first time (with no prior use in the last 6 months).
- Your body mass index (BMI) is less than 45.
