Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have a diagnosis of heart failure with preserved or mid-range ejection fraction.
- Your heart's pumping ability is above 40% (measured by a test called LVEF).
- Your NT-proBNP level is above 125 pg/mL or BNP level is at least 35 pg/mL (markers of heart strain).
- You have not taken Jardiance or any similar SGLT2 inhibitor medicine before starting this study.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is less than 45 kg/m2.
