Who can take part
- Be between 40 and 75 years old
- Had a confirmed stroke (either bleeding or blockage type)
- Currently have problems with bladder control (urinary incontinence)
- Have no other major health conditions like arthritis, bone disease, or other nerve problems besides stroke
- Be able to understand simple instructions and have good mental function (score 24 or higher on a memory and thinking test)
- Speak and understand Turkish and be willing to take part
