Who can take part

  • You have stage II or III triple-negative breast cancer (tumor size and spread to lymph nodes within certain limits).
  • You have not received any prior treatment for this breast cancer diagnosis.
  • You are in good overall health (ECOG score 0-1), meaning you can carry out daily activities without much difficulty.
  • You have a tumor sample available for testing, and at least one measurable tumor on scans.
  • Your blood counts and organ function (kidneys, liver, heart) meet specific lab criteria.
  • You agree to use effective contraception if you could become pregnant or father a child.
