Who can take part
- Born before 28 weeks of pregnancy
- Currently between 4 and 14 days old
- On a breathing machine (ventilator) and needing at least 30% oxygen for more than 12 hours in a day
- No major birth defects, genetic syndromes, or severe infections
- Not in shock or requiring medicines to support blood pressure
- No active lung bleeding or air leak (pneumothorax with chest tube)
