Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with lung adenocarcinoma (a type of lung cancer).
  • An MRI of your brain shows between 1 and 20 metastases (tumors that spread from the lung), with some tumors large enough that doctors think regular one-session radiation isn't suitable.
  • Your cancer outside the brain is stable (not getting worse) at the time you join.
  • You are in generally good physical condition (able to care for yourself and do daily activities).
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within a healthy range based on tests done within 2 weeks before starting.
