Who can take part

  • You have a spinal cord injury with little or no movement below the injury level (AIS A, B, or C).
  • Your injury is at or above the C7 vertebra (roughly neck/shoulder level).
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • Your condition has been stable (no changes in muscle strength) for at least 3 months.
  • You can understand French (spoken and written) well enough to follow instructions.
