Who can take part
- You have a spinal cord injury with little or no movement below the injury level (AIS A, B, or C).
- Your injury is at or above the C7 vertebra (roughly neck/shoulder level).
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- Your condition has been stable (no changes in muscle strength) for at least 3 months.
- You can understand French (spoken and written) well enough to follow instructions.
