Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 70 years old
  • You had an ischemic stroke (blocked blood vessel in the brain) within the last few months
  • You can walk, even if you need someone to help or use a cane or walker
  • You have no memory or thinking problems that would make it hard to follow instructions (based on a short thinking test score between 18 and 24)
