CAR-T Cell Therapy for Standard-Risk B-ALL After Chemotherapy

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with B-ALL (a type of blood cancer affecting B cells) and achieved complete remission after standard chemotherapy
  • You completed two cycles of intensive consolidation chemotherapy and tests show no measurable disease (MRD negative)
  • You are between 18 and 85 years old and in good enough health (ECOG score 0–2)
  • You cannot or do not want to receive blinatumomab (a different immunotherapy) or stem cell transplant
  • You have adequate blood counts, organ function (liver, kidney, heart), and no active infections or HIV/hepatitis B
  • You have not received any prior CAR-T or gene-modified T-cell therapies
