Who can take part

  • You have a neuromuscular disease diagnosed by genetic testing or a doctor.
  • You can understand and follow simple instructions.
  • You are able to walk at least 10 meters (about 33 feet) without help.
  • Your fear of falling is not severe (score 23 or less on a fall-related confidence scale).
  • You have not had knee, hip, or back surgery in the last 3 months.
