Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 18 and 28.
- Your LDL (bad) cholesterol must be between 70 and 158 mg/dL, and your triglycerides (another type of blood fat) must be 400 mg/dL or lower.
- Your total cholesterol must be less than 239 mg/dL.
- You must not have diabetes, a severe psychiatric condition, or kidney or liver problems.
- You must not have taken any prescription medicines in the 14 days before the study starts.
