Who can take part
- You have early-stage breast cancer (stage I, II, or III) that is hormone receptor positive and HER2 negative.
- You are a candidate for chemotherapy before surgery (neoadjuvant chemotherapy).
- You are 21 years or older and have a good performance status (ECOG 0-2, meaning you can do daily activities).
- Your kidney, liver, and blood cell counts are within acceptable ranges.
- You are willing to use effective contraception to avoid pregnancy during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
- No history of heart problems, serious infections, autoimmune disease, or prior treatment with anti-LAG-3 therapy.
