Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have been newly diagnosed with ER-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that has not been treated yet.
- Your tumor is at least 2 cm in size and has spread to at least one lymph node, or your tumor is larger than 5 cm.
- Your breast cancer is Grade 3 (any ER level) or Grade 2 with a low ER percentage (between 1-10%).
- You are in good overall health, with no serious heart, lung, autoimmune, or active infections, and you have not had other cancers in the last 5 years (except certain very early non-invasive ones).
- You are able to get a pregnancy test and, if applicable, use effective birth control during treatment and for 3 months after the last dose.
