Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with one of the autoimmune diseases listed in the trial (like lupus with kidney problems or low platelets, Sjögren's syndrome, systemic sclerosis, inflammatory myopathy, vasculitis, or antiphospholipid syndrome).
- Your disease has not responded to or has come back after trying at least two standard treatments (such as steroids, cyclophosphamide, or newer biologics).
- Your overall health is good enough for the study, with adequate liver, kidney, bone marrow, and heart function.
- You are not pregnant, and you agree to use effective birth control during and for 12 months after the treatment.
- You do not have active infections, recent blood clots, cancer in the last 5 years, or other serious medical conditions that would make the study unsafe.
