Who can take part

  • You have had an ankle sprain or feel your ankle is unstable in the past 6 months.
  • You score less than 24 on a standard ankle instability questionnaire.
  • You have not had ankle or leg surgery or a broken ankle in the past 6 months.
  • You do not have a heart condition or other illness that affects your balance.
  • You are able to follow simple instructions during the study.
