  • You have spina bifida
  • Your child has a neurogenic bladder (bladder problems from nerve damage)
  • Your child is already taking medicine for overactive bladder for the last 3 months or more
  • Your child’s bladder medicine has not changed in the last 3 months
  • No severe swelling in the legs that doesn't go away
