Who can take part
- Age 8 to 18 years old
- Diagnosed with lumbosacral spina bifida (a spinal condition in the lower back)
- Leaking urine despite using a catheter to empty the bladder regularly
- No bladder surgery except a single appendicovesicostomy (a surgery that uses the appendix to make a catheter channel)
- Not had Botox injections in the bladder in the past year
- Willing to stop bladder medications for 2 weeks before starting the study
