- You are 18 years or older.
- You have mild autonomous cortisol secretion (MACS), meaning a blood test showed high cortisol after taking a small dexamethasone pill.
- You have high blood pressure (top number 120 or higher, bottom number 80 or higher) or take medication for it.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is 27 or higher.
