Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) should be between 18.5 and 25 (normal weight).
- You have had a lateral ankle sprain at least 4 weeks ago, and still have pain or instability.
- Your ankle pain is mild to moderate (you can rate it as a number from 1 to 7 on a 0–10 scale).
- No open wounds or infections on your ankle or calf.
