- You are between 40 and 65 years old
- You have been diagnosed with diabetes (Type 1 or Type 2) by a doctor
- You have burning pain or other nerve symptoms in your feet or legs
- You do not have other serious medical conditions like recent fractures, infections, or surgeries
- You do not have foot ulcers or amputations
- You do not have arthritis in your ankle or knee
