Nerve gliding for pain, balance, and quality of life in diabetic nerve damage

  • You must be between 50 and 75 years old.
  • You have type 2 diabetes for at least 5 years.
  • You have been diagnosed with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage in your feet or legs).
  • You have symptoms like pain, numbness, tingling, or trouble with balance.
  • Your pain level is mild to moderate (can be rated on a 0–10 scale).
  • You do not have other nerve or balance conditions (like stroke, Parkinson's, or severe balance problems).
