  • Diagnosed with ALS (mild to moderate stage)
  • Between 18 and 75 years old
  • ALS symptoms started less than 24 months ago
  • Able to breathe on your own (no ventilator or oxygen)
  • ALS score (ALSFRS-R) of at least 38
  • Been on a steady dose of Riluzole for at least 4 weeks
  • Not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to donate eggs or sperm during the trial
