Who can take part

  • You have non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the brain (at least 3 brain lesions, one 2 cm or bigger).
  • Your lung cancer has an EGFR mutation called 19Del or 21L858R, confirmed by a biopsy or blood test.
  • You are 18 to 75 years old and your overall health is good enough for daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You have not had any previous cancer treatment for advanced lung cancer (like chemo, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy).
  • Your kidneys, liver, and blood counts are within safe ranges, and you have no major heart or lung conditions.
  • You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 12 months after treatment ends.
