Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You had a stroke or a mini-stroke (TIA) in the last 3 months. The cause was not a heart problem or irregular heartbeat.
  • Your doctor has already prescribed a cholesterol-lowering medicine called Evolocumab (Repatha).
  • You have not had a bleeding stroke, brain tumor, or other serious brain condition.
  • You haven't taken Evolocumab or a similar medicine in the past 6 months.

Ultra-low cholesterol targets for very high-risk heart disease
