Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN) that now has 5% or more blasts in bone marrow or blood.
- You are considered a possible candidate for a stem cell transplant.
- You plan to start treatment with azacitidine (IV or under the skin) or decitabine (IV or oral) as part of standard care.
- Your kidney and liver function are within acceptable limits as checked by blood tests.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use effective contraception if needed.
