Who can take part

  • Age 18 to 70 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis according to standard criteria.
  • Your hand function is slower than normal (measured by a pegboard test).
  • Your MS medication has been stable for at least 6 months before joining.
  • Your disability level is between 3.0 and 6.5 on a standard scale (you can walk but may need a cane or walker).
  • No MS relapse or steroid treatment in the past 3 months.
  • No severe stiffness in the arm or hand that limits movement.
  • No implanted electrical devices (like a pacemaker or spinal cord stimulator).
  • No epilepsy or uncontrolled seizures.
  • No severe psychiatric or thinking problems that would interfere with study procedures.
  • Not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Not enrolled in another interventional trial in the past 3 months.
