T Lymphoblastic Leukemia/LymphomaAcute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial tests a special immune cell therapy (SupCD7 CART) that targets a protein called CD7 on cancer cells. It is for people with certain types of blood cancers (like T-ALL/LBL or AML) that have come back or not responded to standard treatments.

CD7 CAR-T for relapsed or resistant T-cell cancers

This trial studies a type of immune cell therapy (CAR-T) made from your own T-cells, designed to treat T-cell lymphoma or T-cell leukemia that has come back or didn’t respond. It may help by directing your immune system to attack the cancer, and it requires specific eligibility and safety checks.

CD7 CAR-T therapy for T-cell cancers that returned

This trial tests a new kind of immunotherapy called CD7 CAR-T therapy for people with T-cell cancers (like leukemia or lymphoma) that have come back or not responded to treatment. The CAR-T cells are made from your own immune cells or a donor's, and they are designed to find and destroy cancer cells that carry the CD7 marker.
