  • You had a stroke (from a clot or bleed) that was seen on a brain scan.
  • You have trouble sensing the position of your affected arm.
  • Your stroke happened at least 3 months ago.
  • You can bend and straighten your affected elbow on purpose.
  • You are 19 years old or older.
