Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 60 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with diabetic polyneuropathy by a neurologist.
  • Your HbA1c (average blood sugar) is between 7% and 10% in the last month.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy.
  • You do not have other serious health problems like kidney, liver, or severe heart disease.
  • You have not been a heavy drinker for many years and are not a heavy smoker.
