- You speak and read Greek fluently.
- You have been diagnosed with chronic hypoparathyroidism (low parathyroid hormone) for more than 12 months.
- You are currently taking calcium and active vitamin D supplements as prescribed.
- You are not over 80 years old.
- Your blood calcium and phosphorus levels are stable and within acceptable ranges.
