Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with hypoparathyroidism for at least 12 months.
  • You are currently taking calcium supplements and/or calcitriol (a vitamin D medication) as prescribed.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is less than 35.
  • You do not have serious kidney disease, active kidney stones, or a history of certain heart conditions.
  • You are willing to use a smartphone app daily to record your medications and symptoms.
