- You are overweight (BMI 27.0-29.9) with a related health condition like prediabetes or high blood pressure, OR you have obesity (BMI 30.0-40.0).
- Your weight has been stable (within 5%) for the past 12 weeks without intentional weight loss.
- You have not used GLP-1 drugs (like Ozempic or Wegovy) in the last 12 weeks.
- You have not taken any weight-loss medications in the last 12 weeks.
