  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have severe sickle cell disease (SS or Sβ0 types)
  • You already receive a blood transfusion every month
  • You do not have dementia or severe aphasia (trouble speaking or understanding language)
  • You can speak and understand French well enough for testing
  • You have a computer, tablet, or phone with a screen at least 11 inches and internet access
