Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery and are starting your first treatment for this stage.
  • You must be willing to provide a tissue sample (either from a past biopsy or a new one).
  • Your liver function must be stable, as measured by a Child-Pugh score of less than B8.
  • You cannot have very advanced liver cancer (BCLC stage D) or be eligible for curative treatments like surgery or transplant.
