Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 90 years old.
  • Your heart's pumping strength is normal (ejection fraction at least 50%).
  • You have at least 2 risk factors for this type of heart failure or symptoms like shortness of breath, leg swelling, or trouble breathing when lying flat.
  • You are not currently taking a GLP-1 receptor agonist medicine (like Ozempic or Wegovy).
  • You do not have a pacemaker or other implanted device that prevents MRI scans.
