Who can take part
- You have HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body or cannot be removed with surgery.
- You have brain metastases that are new or have gotten worse after prior treatment, with at least one measurable brain lesion 10 mm or larger on MRI.
- You are 18 years or older and able to understand and sign the consent form.
- You must have stable or no steroid use for at least 7 days before starting the trial.
- Your overall health allows you to be up and about (ECOG performance status 0–2).
- You agree to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant.
