Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 to 75 who has just been diagnosed with breast cancer and hasn't started treatment yet.
- Your tumor must be hormone receptor positive (HR+) and HER2-low (a specific type called IHC 2+ with negative FISH).
- Your breast cancer must be invasive and at least stage II or III (tumor size 3 cm or larger, or has spread to lymph nodes).
- You must be in good general health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have normal blood, kidney, liver, and heart function.
- You cannot have had other cancers or major breast surgery within the last 4 weeks, and you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You must be willing to use effective birth control if you are not past menopause or surgically sterilized.
