Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must be taking a blood thinner that targets anti-Xa, like heparin, enoxaparin, apixaban, or rivaroxaban
  • You must have a blood sample already sent to the lab for routine anti-Xa testing
  • Your blood sample cannot be very fatty (lipemic) at baseline
  • Your blood sample must have enough volume for the test
