Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and had major surgery that requires at least 5 days in the hospital and 3 days in the ICU
- You are at risk for delirium (sudden confusion) or already have it
- You have a family member or caregiver over 18 who can take part in your care
- You do not have severe mental illness, severe dementia, hearing or vision problems, severe vertigo, or a history of severe nausea after surgery
