Who can take part

  • You had a stroke confirmed by a doctor and by brain imaging (CT or MRI scan).
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • It has been at least 3 months since your stroke.
  • You can walk without help from another person (you may use a cane or walker).
  • You do not have severe communication problems (like trouble understanding or speaking) or dementia.
  • You can read and write, and you are able to follow simple instructions.
