  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You are scheduled for lung surgery using small incisions and a camera (VATS).
  • You are generally healthy or have mild to moderate health conditions (ASA I-III).
  • You are stable and able to understand the study and give permission.
  • You are not taking blood thinners, do not have severe lung disease, and do not use strong pain medicines regularly.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 35 or less.
