Who can take part

  • You have diabetic nerve damage confirmed by a doctor and nerve tests.
  • Your blood sugar levels have been stable for the last 3 months.
  • You can walk by yourself, with or without a cane or walker.
  • You are not already doing physical therapy or balance training.
  • You have no severe vision or inner ear problems, major bone or joint issues, serious heart or lung disease, or memory or thinking problems that would make participation difficult.
