Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have primary myelofibrosis, or myelofibrosis that started after polycythemia vera or essential thrombocythemia.
  • Your doctor has confirmed your spleen is enlarged (palpable splenomegaly) before starting momelotinib.
  • You are not in an advanced (accelerated or blast) phase of myelofibrosis.
  • Your platelet count is 20 or higher (×10^9/L) before starting momelotinib.
  • You have not used JAK inhibitors for other conditions besides myelofibrosis.
