CAR-T cell therapy for newly diagnosed Ph+ B-cell ALL
Treatments studied
Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer clinical trials.
This trial tests a CAR-T cell therapy for adults who have just been diagnosed with a type of leukemia called Ph+ B-cell ALL. The treatment uses specially engineered immune cells to target and destroy cancer cells that have a specific marker (CD19 and CD22) and the Philadelphia chromosome. It may be an option for those who have not yet started standard chemotherapy.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older
- You must have newly diagnosed B-cell ALL that is Philadelphia chromosome-positive and tests positive for CD19 and CD22
- You must have adequate liver and kidney function, as shown by blood tests
- Your heart must pump well, with a left ventricular ejection fraction of 50% or higher
- You must not have an active infection and your oxygen level should be normal without extra oxygen
- You must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after treatment

This trial tests a new CAR-T cell treatment for adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) that has come back or not responded to standard treatments. It aims to see if these immune cells can safely and effectively fight the cancer.
This early-phase trial tests a type of immunotherapy called anti-CD19 CAR-T cells. These are specially engineered immune cells that seek out and destroy cancer cells with a marker called CD19 on their surface. It is for people with B-cell cancers (leukemia or lymphoma) that have not responded to or come back after standard treatments.
This trial tests giving chemotherapy together with a special immune cell treatment called CAR-T cells for adults who have just been diagnosed with a specific type of leukemia (Ph- B-ALL). The goal is to see if this combination works better than standard treatment.
This trial tests a personalized cell therapy (CAR-T) for people with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) that has come back after treatment or is hard to treat. The therapy uses your own immune cells, modified to find and kill leukemia cells.
This trial tests a CD19-targeted CAR-T cell therapy (S1904) for people with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back or not responded to treatment. After CAR-T, some patients may go on to a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if the CAR-T can lead to remission and who needs a transplant.
This trial tests an engineered immune-cell treatment (GC019F CAR-T) for adults with B-cell ALL that has come back or did not respond to prior therapy. If it works, it may help your immune system attack leukemia cells by targeting CD19.
