Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and weigh between 88 and 220 pounds.
- You have been diagnosed with PNH and have a certain level of disease activity (your LDH is at least 1.5 times the normal limit).
- You have had PNH symptoms (like tiredness, dark urine, belly pain, trouble breathing, low red blood cells, or blood clots) or needed a blood transfusion in the last 3 months.
- You have not had a bone marrow transplant, do not have serious infections or a weak immune system, and are up-to-date on certain vaccines (meningococcal and pneumococcal).
- You are willing to follow contraception guidelines and other study rules.
